2000

The Beginning

Benjamin Bejbaum launches Iguane Studio as a web agency, laying the foundation for what would become a cloud and AI powerhouse.

2005

Dailymotion Spin-off

Dailymotion spins off as a standalone company. Stephane Cohen becomes partner and CEO. The company transitions to hosting and managed services, rebranding as Iguana Solutions.

2016 – 2017

Major Funding Round

Secures €10M through debt and equity partnerships with top tech investors including Xavier Niel, Daniel Marhely, Jean-David Blanc, Julien Codorniou, and Eric Cohen.

US Expansion
